Entering Results for Documents at Check-In

Whenever a document is checked-in, a field called "Results"must be filled in. This is where you can define a list of possible results to choose from.

Just type a result into the blank line, and press
the Update Results button. Every time you add one, the list will be
updated and a new blank line will appear.


Then, when a document is checked-in, there will be a Results drop-down box which lists the results entered here, so one can be chosen to assign to the document.
