Entering Classifications for Documents

Every document can have an ID Classifications assigned to it, at the time when the document is added or modified. This is where you define the ID Classifications.

Just type an ID Classifications into the blank line, and press the ADD ID Classifications button. Every time you add one, the list will be updated to show all ID Classifications and a new blank line will appear.

Then, when you add or modify a document, you will see an ID Classifications drop-down box which lists the ID Classifications entered here, so you can choose an ID Classification to assign to a document.
