Contact Groups

OutreachLink defines two kinds of groups. A group is a collection of contacts. A "Contact Group" is a collection of contacts that can be chosen to the used in the Email Contacts part of the program. In this section of the program, the word "Members" refers to the contacts.

You can setup a Contact Group (by using the Add Contact link in the navigation panel of this window) and then Add Members (contacts) and Manage Members (contacts) meaning you can delete any that are no longer needed (from the Contact Group)
